About Holly
Hi, I’m Holly Toscanini, creator of The Unwaiting Method™
For years, I believed confidence was something I had to earn by fixing myself first.
My body, my choices, my relationships, my career—everything felt like it needed to be improved, polished, or approved before I could finally relax and live fully. I even built a coaching practice around weight loss because I had absorbed the same message so many women receive: fix your body, and the rest of your life will magically fall into place.
Charming little lie, isn’t it?
Eventually, through divorce, menopause, reinvention, and a very honest reckoning with my own life, I realized the real issue was never my body. It was the waiting.
Waiting to feel ready.
Waiting to feel worthy.
Waiting for permission.
Now, through The Unwaiting Method™, I help women stop postponing their lives and start building the self-trust, confidence, and clarity to live fully—right now.
I’m not here to hype you into becoming some shiny, optimized version of yourself.
I’m here to help you stop negotiating against your own life.
I’m Holly Toscanini—coach, author, and host of How to Lose the WAIT. I help high-achieving midlife women stop postponing themselves and start making clear, self-trusting decisions about what comes next.
My work sits at the intersection of self-trust, intuition, confidence, body image, and midlife reinvention. But really, it comes down to this: I help women recognize the patterns that keep them waiting, interrupt the habits of self-doubt and overthinking, and build real evidence that they can trust themselves again.
This isn’t about becoming a different woman. It’s about getting honest enough to stop abandoning the woman you already are.
hello! i’m Holly
I help women stop putting their lives on hold.
My work is for women who look capable on the outside but feel stuck in self-doubt, overthinking, and hesitation on the inside.
The women who know they want more, but are tired of waiting until they feel more confident, more clear, more ready, or more approved of by everyone else.
I’m a coach, author, and podcast host, and I created this work because I know how easy it is to confuse waiting with wisdom.
But here’s what I believe:
Waiting is not always patience.
Sometimes it’s self-protection.
Sometimes it’s fear in sensible shoes.
Sometimes it’s a lifetime of being taught not to trust yourself until someone else agrees.
I help women unlearn that.
What I believe
Waiting for certainty is often how women are trained to stay small.
Confidence is built through evidence, not hype.
Intuition is practical, not performative.
Midlife is not a deadline. It is a decision point.
Your body was never supposed to be the thing that determined whether you were allowed to live fully.
You do not need permission to want what you want.
